We have produced patterns in wood, aluminum, plastics, silicone, and ceramic lost wax shell, both with and without cores, for use with steel, cast iron, aluminum, and magnesium. A
necessary part of producing racecars quickly and efficiently is the ability
to produce casting patterns in-house. ICP has produced its own patterns for
over 15 years, for everything from brake disks and calipers to
differentials, wheels, bellhousings, and uprights. This experience allows us
to produce patterns in the minimum time frame, allowing shorter
time-to-customer lead times.
